If you're new to energetics, let's note that I am NOT talking about gender here… I’m simply talking about energy.

Every single person has both masculine and feminine energy within them, and when you know how to work in tandem with your energetic blueprint, instead of against it, that’s when the magic happens—when you’re actually able to create even more, in joy, with greater potency, in less time; also known as being “in flow”.

✨ If your energetic blueprint is feminine dominant energy, this means you are meant to lead with intuition, feeling into what is right for you, leading with play, pleasure, ease, joy, and flow-states….THEN, brining in your masculine energy to take the ALIGNED action to bring the desired result to life.

*This* is what most people miss; the aligned action taking. Allowing your feminine energy to lead does not mean you just feel all the good vibes and do nothing—you do have to actually take action!!

This is where the masculine energy comes into play. This is when you allow your masculine energy to come in to support your feminine so that you can take the action to execute on that which your feminine guided you to do. 

For example, if you are feminine dominant in your energy, this would mean before taking action on a plan/making a decision, you might go into meditation, or do something that helps you tap into your intuition, and ask and feel into what your higher self is showing you is the right next move for you.

You then allow your masculine energy to support you in taking the appropriate aligned action to execute that forth into fruition. This allows for seamless, in flow execution and results that match your aligned energy.

Here's another important thing to note for people with feminine dominant energy….

There are going to be things that you have to do in your business that don't necessarily “feel good” and are not within your zone of genius. 

BUT, when you are taking the action that comes straight from your soul, you literally can't go wrong. 

And sometimes you do have to do the “dirty work” that you don't love doing in order to produce the result that is going to have lasting success, especially if you’re in the beginning of your business and your budget is tight. 

Get creative and innovative, my friend, and welcome to being a business owner! 😉 Let the power of your creative energy take over and cycle you into momentum.

✨ If you are masculine dominant in your energy, you are very logical, and you thrive with strategy, systems, plans and deadlines. 

What this means is that you will allow that inner achiever to lead in a way that lets you  achieve your desired result in the fastest way possible.

For example, you may have a very strict schedule each day where you get up at the same time, have a set morning routine, do a specific task for an allotted period of time, then move to the next task, staying focused and dedicated to the goal, with little to no wavering.

Because you thrive with structure and systems, you may have those very things set in place which help you execute the plan without wasting time; you always know what’s coming next and pride yourself on meeting and exceeding said goal on time.

Due to the high achieving tendencies of the masculine dominant energy, this person is often prone to burnout and depletion.

This is where it’s important to bring in your feminine energy to support you in recharging.

This might look like having cut off times each day in your schedule where you intentionally allow yourself to recharge and relax, aiding you in dropping from your head to your heart so that you can actually experience joy in the journey.

Giving yourself time to do things that are fun for you, bring you joy and allow you to experience and process emotion, further re-fueling and recharging your masculine energy so that when it needs to take action, it has the empowered energy to do so (without stress or feeling burned out).

Harnessing the power of both your masculine and feminine energy to work in unison together is the catalyst that I’ve seen transform my own business, as well as my clients’ businesses. 

It is literally the cost of doing the things that actually lead to momentum versus living in resistance and going against your energetic blueprint, further delaying results and leaving you feeling frustrated beyond belief.

If something feels “off” or isn’t working the way you think it should, you may be operating out of alignment, and in resistance to what *actually* works for you, according to your energetic blueprint.
