You may also feel old pains flare up—not to harm you, but to highlight the last layer of healing so you can finally move forward without carrying it anymore.

This is not the week to seek advice from a thousand people. It’s the week to get quiet enough to hear God whisper.

Every emotion, every trigger, every “stuck” moment is a divine invitation to pause, breathe, and ask your higher self: what’s here for me?
